Shipping policy

Curbside pick-up:

Once you've placed your order you will get an order confirmation. Please wait for a confirmation email that your item is ready. When you receive your confirmation email call us at 905-852-7846 to arrange a Curbside Pick Up time that works for you.

We are available for Curbside Pick Up Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. However, please call us as directed to arrange an appointment so that we don't miss you. If you would like to request pick-up outside of our regular store hours, please get in touch with us for special arrangements. 

Shipping by Canada Post to the rest of Ontario:

• The shipping address for your order must be within Ontario, Canada.
• Depending on where you are located, delivery will take 2 to 5 business days* 

*Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may experience a longer wait time to receive your piece. If this occurs, we will contact you with further information.

However, Canada Post has issued the following statement: 

Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.

• At the moment, Canada Post is not delivering packages to residential addresses that require a signature, so you may need to pick your order up at your local post office location.
