Yellow Gold Plated Heart and Stethoscope Necklace. The 18" necklace and charms are sterling silver with a yellow gold plated heart and rhodium plated stethoscope for superior shine. The heart charm is 14mm wide by 17mm high, Stethoscope 18mm by 10mm.
